Prior to launching Hampton Enterprises of Delaware, Inc., LaMont held various roles with The Sherwin Williams.
In his 24 plus years with Sherwin Williams, he held the positions of District Sales Manager for the state of Delaware and the Maryland Eastern Shore, Commercial Branch Manager in Michigan (Detroit), City Manager in the West District of New Jersey, and Sales Manager of New York City.
He brings a wealth of knowledge to Hampton Enterprises of Delaware Inc.
